Public Demonstrations of Systems and Electronic Cheating Technology

We have now conducted numerous public demonstrations of both our genuine winner roulette system, and various versions of our roulette computers. If you have submitted the public demonstration request form at www.genuinewinner.com/conference.htm but haven't yet attended a demo, you will be contacted in due course.

Previously, private demonstrations were only conducted for the Hybrid Roulette Computer, although they are now available for the standard computer. If you wish to see the GW system demo, you need to attend a "public" demo, which means you observe the demonstration in a group of 15 or so others. Private demos are conducted with just yourself and your team.

Also we now have video/audio of various public demonstrations for purchase. They are in in English, although there are a few with the voice of interpreters which were present for some demos to international participants.

December Conference

We've run out of time for a December demo of the roulette system and hybrid roulette computer. Although there are a few individuals who are still visiting for personal demos, but this is quite different because anyone can see the public demo, although only actual players can see the private demo where the full equipment and capabilities of the hybrid will be demonstrated. Shortly after the conference, I plan to close the doors to all new players, although this may occur before it depending on the number of new players between now and then.

Schedule for week starting Monday 20th August

The latest primordials document update is now complete. Thankyou for everyone's praise and gestures of appreciation. I am now in the middle of working on the updated roulette computer instructions to make everything clearer, and to coincide with the latest software updates. The updated instructions will be complete by about mid next week. Until about this time, I will be extremely busy so my responses to emails, unless the issue is urgent, will be delayed.

Upon the completion of the latest computer instructions (about Wednesday), it will only take me a day or so to catch up on all emails and any work that hasn't yet been done, including the development of custom variants.

Roulette system and computer conference demo: The dates for the demo conference (www.roulettecomputers.com/demo.htm) will be set very soon. I just need to test a final component I'll soon receive from the technicians, then contact everyone who has expressed interest to attend and finalize dates. Basically the dates that most people can attend will become the official dates, and they will be announced on my web sites. I also expect to create footage of the hybrid for release to individuals who I already have come to know on a more personal level. The footage will not be release publicly, at least not at this stage, because potential players of the hybrid have expressed concern that its capabilities would then be known to the casinos. However, even in the release of the conference demo DVDs, I will not be releasing any overly sensitive footage or information that may harm hybrid users.

Additional roulette computer demo video: I'll soon be releasing a few new videos of the standard roulette computer. Application will be shown on spins that are done by someone other that myself. This is because envious and malicious individuals have falsely claimed I may be influencing spins in current videos. As always, I will continue to produce various proof of effectiveness, although of course the best proof possible is seeing with your own eyes in person, which is the purpose of the roulette computer conference. If you attend, you'll be able to actually apply the computer for yourself.

In summary, especially up to about Wednesday next week, I am going to be flat out working on the latest computer instructions. As soon as they are complete, my email response times will be back to normal. Please be patient.

Hybrid Roulette Computer Update

Hybrid Roulette Computer:

Based on the latest update from the developers, I expect to receive the "smaller" version of the hybrid in 1.5 - 2 weeks give or take a few days. Shortly after I receive it, I will test it thoroughly - this will take a few days.

Assuming there are no compromises on performance, I will then make the next step of contacting all that have registered for the conference demo. I will offer everyone a range of dates to choose from. Whichever dates that are suitable for most people will then be booked with the conference center. All delegates will then be notified of full details so travel arrangements can be made.

To summarize, we appear to only a few weeks from actually booking dates. However, if prior to the announcement of the conference demo, you made arrangements with myself to visit me for a "personal" demo (rather than group demo), you will be contacted independently to arrange your visit.

On another note, many of you have expressed concern regarding what may be excessive publicity surrounding the event. More specifically, that such an open display of the technology would show casinos what kind of technology is available. I am of course taking this into consideration, and sensitive parts of the technology will not be demonstrated. Moreover, the full capabilities of the technology will not be exhibited for obvious reasons. However, every participant will see everything they "need" to leave without any doubt whatsoever that my claims are true and accurate.

Standard Roulette Computer:

The demonstration of this version will simply be 10 - 15 computers will be distributed to participants, and they will apply the computer on the wheel(s) at the same time. Roulette computers using manual clicks of a button are not new, so this part of the conference is more to establish a public record of the effectiveness of my technology.

Hybrid and Standard Roulette Computer Conference Demo

I'll be doing a group/conference in-person demonstration soon. Anyone that passes security screening can attend. It's mainly for the hybrid roulette computer (image recognition software) where you just point a camera at the wheel but I'll also demonstrate the standard computer which is the one explained at http://www.roulettecomputers.com. It is planned for the Cumberland at Lorne in Victoria (http://www.cumberland.com.au/conference/index.html). Transportation from Melbourne airport will be provided, although you must pay for your own accomodation and meals. See www.roulettecomputers.com/demo.htm for details.

Hybrid Roulette Computer Pending Release

The hybrid is expected to be complete in approximately 30 days. Depending on testing, actual public release will follow a few weeks later. Video demos will be made available, and demos will be conducted to the media. Independent lab testing will also be conducted in due course - results of tests will be released to the public. Further details will be available at roulettecomputers.com soon.

For those who are not aware, the hybrid is a simplified version of the super roulette computer - that is for actual predictions to be given, the user(s) simply need to point cameras at the wheel. The video footage is fed through two small computers (about the size of cigarette packs) that recognize the ball and wheel (image recognition algorithms), then predictions are given automatically. Only two operators are required.

Roulette Computer Ready for Purchase

We are now ready to proceed with additional orders for the standard roulette computer. Purchase instructions are at www.roulettecomputers.com/purchase.htm

It is imperative that all interested purchasers review the entire content of
www.roulettecomputers.com before proceeding, as much of it has been edited as per the advice of my solicitors. The roulette computers web site is to be considered the only source of information relevant to the standard computer. Again, I must make it perfectly clear my computer is NOT to be used unlawfully under any circumstances. It is entirely the purchaser's responsibility to determine legalities pertaining to application. If I have reason to believe a purchaser is using the technology illegally, I will cease providing ongoing access codes to that particular purchaser. Furthermore, any breach of the contracts, including the confidentiality agreement, will result in forfeiture of all ongoing access codes. The access codes are required to keep the software functional. This is something I take very seriously and will enforce.

Hybrid Roulette Computer Update

I can again confirm the development of the hybrid roulette computer. There will be two main hardware components: the standard computer phone hardware, and "mini-laptop" computer with attached camera (approximately 25cm x 10cm x 3cm). The "mini-laptop" with camera establishes the wheel and ball timings before wirelessly (or via cable) feeding the data to the cellular phone. The cellular phone then in turn performs the calculations and provides a prediction. To produce a prediction, a single button on the "mini-laptop" (can be done wirelessly or via cable) is clicked when the wheel begins to spin. While the camera doesn't need to be entirely steady, the more it is moved during the data acquisition process (2-3 seconds), the more frequently the computer will announce "risk" instead of giving a prediction. As with the standard computer, the tolerance settings for "risky bet notification" can be set by the user. The timings are established when the ball completes one full revolution, and the wheel completes half of a revolution for wheels with an even number of diamonds, and 1 complete revolution for wheels with an odd number of diamonds. Unlike with the standard computer, the hybrid software can establish wheel and ball timings simultaneously. In most cases, from the time the samples are requested to the time an actual prediction is given is 2-3 seconds. The algorithms that perform the calculations are exactly the same as that of the standard computer. Essentially the hybrid computer is as accurate as the standard computer would be if the "manual clicking" of the user were consistently accurate to within 20-50MS. It is expected the hybrid roulette computer will be available for purchase late 2006. Pricing is expected to be in the vicinity of US$20,000, although an exact price will not be set until my development costs have been calculated at the conclusion of development. There is a similar version with lasers that can be used to establish timings rather than image recognition, and although it is more accurate than the image recognition setup (camera with mini-laptop), it is considerably more difficult to apply as the laser must be aimed in the path of the ball, which is difficult as the beam is 5mm wide. This version can still be provided upon request, but due to the difficulty of application, be advised that the image recognition setup is far more practical.

New Standard Roulette Computer Algorithms

The algorithms of the standard roulette computer software have now been revised. The changes provide greater accuracy, and importantly enable play on newer model roulette wheels with greater ease. They also provide greater flexibility for purchasers that use the 60 FPS video recorder and software to establish sample timings of the wheel and ball. The new algorithms in some respects are identical to that of the super roulette computer with one small exception. Standard computer purchasers can receive the updated software at no charge, although they must bare to and from shipping charges. Be aware with international shipping, a value to a parcel must often be assigned, and duty fees paid at the receivers (myself) end - the amount of the fee is typically a percentage of the assigned value of the parcel. Where I am charged such fees, the purchaser must provide compensation before the computer is returned. Any invoices I receive from Australian customs will be forwarded to the purchaser as proof of the fees. To avoid such fees, specify to your courier company that the parcel is not a purchase, or assign a value that is below the threshold at which a fee is payable. In most cases, assigning the value of solely the hardware itself is fine. Consult your courier company and customs department about this matter. Regarding the continuation of standard roulette computer distribution, everything is on track for a release or at least the acceptance of new orders some time next week. Be advised before distribution re-commences, all that is left is the editing of my web sites and sales material to ensure legalities.

Solicitor Web Site Content Review Complete

My solicitors have completed the review of my web sites (notification of suggested changes). The material I need to review is extensive and amendments to my sites will take some time to complete - especially as wording must be precise. My international guest will leave 3rd July, at which time I will begin amending my web sites as per my solicitor’s advice. I anticipate the amendments will take approximately 1 week to complete to the point where I can begin taking new orders for the roulette computer. In summary, I expect to be ready for shipping of the roulette computer by approximately July 10th. While this is not a definite date, the actual date can be considered accurate to within a few days. I will announce here when the web site content amendments are complete, at which point purchasers are advised to review roulettecomputers.com in its entirety before proceeding with a purchase.

New Contracts Ready

The new contracts have been revised and finalized, and are ready for implementation. Implementation is only a matter of making them available on my web site, which will be done some time next week. Purchase instructions will also be made available. From the point the contracts are released, before proceeding with roulette computer distribution, it is merely a matter of my solicitors reviewing my web site content. There is still no word as to when they will be complete, although they have begun work on it so it wont be long.

Update on computer contracts

I have reviewed all initial drafts relating to the roulette computer contracts. They include the purchase order, non disclosure agreement, reseller agreement, and the actual purchaser agreement. I expect to have the final copies ready to implement by the end of next week. Before distribution recommences, the only thing left to do is have my solicitors review my web site content to ensure legal compliance with international laws - as yet it is uncertain as to how long this final part will take. Further updates will be posted to this site. Be advised that while the roulette computer may be legal to apply in various jurisdictions, it is solely the purchaser's responsibility to ascertain legalities of use. However my solicitors have confirmed application in casinos for monetary gain is strictly illegal in Australia, the USA, and especially the UK. In particularly, arguably due to the Ritz scam, the laws of the UK are very specific and can be adopted even to mere distribution of roulette computers from the UK. Resellers should seek legal representation on this matter, especially if they operate from the UK.

Roulette Computers Agreement - First Draft Returned to Solicitors

I have returned the first draft of the roulette computers standard purchase agreement (with comments) and purchase order to my solicitors. Over this week, I anticipate these agreements with either be completed, or be very close to completion. However this is not a guarantee as it depends on the schedule of my solicitors. There may be one additional roulette computers agreement required, although it is relatively simple in comparison. Again, these agreements are designed to protect me legally, especially if a roulette computer user were to apply the technology illegally.

Roulette Computer Contract First Draft

I have received the first draft of the roulette computer main purchase contract, and will be reviewing it with my solicitors over today and the coming week. Also, you may have noticed my web site content has been edited, which reflects the advice of my solicitors. Once the contracts are complete, shipping can commence, and my solicitors will then be reviewing my web site content to ensure legal compliance. At this point, my web site is likely to be edited further. I will announce when the changes to my web site are complete. As for exact shipping dates, they are not yet certain, although I anticipate I can announce a specific date within 1-2 weeks from now. Your continued patience is appreciated.

Roulette Computer Legal Information

As you may be aware if you are already in contact with me, distribution of my roulette computers has been temporarily suspended until my solicitors have completed new roulette computer purchase contracts. The contracts are designed to protect me legally should a roulette computer user apply the technology illegally. Furthermore, as my web site will soon reflect (once I have the time to edit it), the roulette computers are being sold as evaluation devices and are not intended for any illegal uses. It is still the purchasers sole responsibility to determine the legalities regarding use of the roulette computer.

Roulette Computer Comparison Chart

To correct deliberately false information about my computer that was posted by a competitor, I have now published a roulette computer comparison chart at www.roulettecomputers.com/comparison.htm. Unfortunately this competitor has been doing everything conceivable to harm me, spreading malicious lies and deliberate misinformation about my computer although the chart should now clarify various issues. For reasons ranging from impersonating others to discredit me and other competitors, to abusive behaviour, the competitor has been subsequently banned from every major gambling forum although he continues to spam to other message boards. Most recently, he was banned from the GG forum.

Stefano Hourmouzis Roulette Computer Update

For those who are waiting, I've just returned from interstate and received a general update from my solicitors regarding the legal issues pertaining to roulette computer distribution. My solicitor has advised that the new purchase agreements will be available soon, although exact dates have not been specified. More updates of the roulette computer are being added although they are likely to be complete before the purchase agreements are ready. Furthermore, before distribution recommences, my web site's content must be edited to reflect the new purchase agreements. If you are on the waiting list, you will be notified by email.

Stefano Hourmouzis Second Roulette Computer Demo Available

A new computer demo video was filmed because a competitor spread malicious lies - he falsely claimed that my original footage was cut and edited, despite it clearly showing everything from my shadow constantly moving over the wheel to the wheel itself moving. Before the original video demo, he claimed my wheel was tampered with and that I used pins to make the ball fall where I wanted - a claim he knew was false. The original video disproved his claim so he simply made a new deliberately false claim. He has made countless immature attempts to harm me and made countless blatant lies - a fact that the UK office of fair trading have been notified of. The competitor publicly stated: "If Stefano could provide footage with a lava lamp in the background, these are totally chaotic and cannot be faked predicting the right area with a prediction in around 5.5 seconds maximum of a 100 spins clicking only 4 times, I would accept he has a workable device." This is exactly what I've provided in the NEW video, however it is clear that no matter what proof I provide, because he is determined to harm me and is not interested in the truth, he will always create new lies. He has even posted on forums under many false names claiming to have my computer and that it fails. In this new demo, the constant motion of the lava lamp and vertical blinds behind the wheel are shown. The competitor claims he also has a similar video demo on DVD with a lava lamp in view, and also with his computer's screen actually showing predictions to prove they aren't merely audio voiceovers. Despite him claiming this footage of his is already available and that he's "sold" it to many, he has failed to provide this footage to everyone that has asked, making various excuses and often completely ignoring purchase requests. Why this is so should be obvious. He can certainly make challenges but has failed to provide the same video proof I've provided. To date, the only footage he has provided is on a heavily tilted wheel (where the ball almost always hits the same diamond), and with a heavy ball that has almost no bounce. Also the footage has many breaks and is not continuous. Furthermore, the computer's screen giving the predictions is not shown at all. Despite him having failed to produce footage under the same conditions in my videos, I'm willing to create another demo under any new conditions he states IF he provides the same proof or makes a public apology in a press release to me, which is a more than reasonable request. I don't expect him to agree because I have his computer and know it is ineffective on level wheels primarily due to a lack of sophistication. Many others have found the same and his excuses range from the purchaser simply being incompetent to him claiming he deliberately sold ineffective versions to people he didn't trust (yes, you read that right). He has also falsely claimed to have my computer and that it fails, but he is unable to provide the simplest information about it, such as what the first screen displayed is when the computer is loaded. If he actually had an effective computer, I would happily state this is the case, but it is not. Even if he had some new version that was actually effective, I would happily state this is so but he has offered no proof whatsoever - just empty unsubstantiated claims about his own computer, and malicious lies about mine. It is difficult to comprehend his mentality and immaturity is possible from a grown man. I regret having to even mention such childish, FRAUDULENT, dishonest and malicious individuals, although the record needed to be set straight. However, effectively his lies have helped me produce videos that leave no doubt that my computer is authentic.

Stefano Hourmouzis Roulette Computer Video Demonstration Now Available

In order to reduce my time spent on providing personal demonstrations of my standard roulette computer, I have uploaded a 40 minute video demonstration to www.roulettecomputers.com (almost 100 spins). The footage clearly displays actual predictions on the roulette computer's screen to verify the predictions are authentic, and not merely voiceovers as some known frauds have done. An exact hit number/pocket hit rate of 1 in 23 is exhibited despite the predictions being "raw" in the sense that the computer's risk assessment feature is deliberately almost completely disabled. This is done so viewers can witness the accuracy of the computer without any kind of error control which would (when applied) dramatically improve accuracy by limiting human errors with timings. The computer can be set to reject data it considers will lead to inaccurate predictions - the tighter the restrictions set by the user, the fewer the predictions announced, but the more accurate these predictions are. When the computer "rejects" data, no prediction is given and the user is alerted. In the downloadable video demonstration, this "fail-safe" feature is almost completely disabled for demonstration purposes, therefore the computer gives a prediction on almost every spin, including spins where there are obvious human errors in timings.

To enable even more accurate predictions, the computer can also take anywhere from 4 to 9+ clicks to establish the speed of the ball and wheel. Generally the more clicks, the greater the accuracy of predictions. However, in the video demonstration, only 4 clicks are made for each spin to establish the speed of the ball and wheel (2 for the ball and 2 for the wheel). This is also to prove the computer's algorithms are precise enough to be accurate when using just 4 clicks.

Despite the footage now being available, personal demonstrations of the standard roulette computer can still be arranged. Viewers of the footage are encouraged to pay particular attention to how frequently the ball lands on or at least close to the actual predicted number. Exact number hits can be purely luck, but it is virtually impossible to fake both exact number hits and an inordinate amount of "near misses", especially when the computer's screen with the actual prediction is clearly displayed.

A downloadable video of the standard roulette system detailed at
www.genuinewinner.com (not the computer) will also be available soon.

Stefano Hourmouzis Roulette Computer and System Demonstrations

Demonstrations for either my roulette systems or computers will begin for 2006 approximately mid February and are provided strictly on a first come first served basis. Please note they must be booked typically 1-2 months in advance. Group demonstrations are fine, although unless you are certified media, only demonstrations with intent to purchase are permitted.

Details of my demonstrations are at www.genuinewinner.com

Stefano Hourmouzis Roulette Computer Legalities

To those waiting to purchase the Stefano Hourmouzis Roulette Computer: My solicitors have recently completed their study of the legalities regarding both national and international roulette computer sales and distribution. This study was in relation to my distribution of the computer, not actual roulette computer use. Purchasers are still expected to do their own due dilligence regarding legalities of use.

Various points of potential legal risk, primarily with relation to the UK and two states in the USA, have been raised by my solicitors. These points will be addressed on my web sites in the coming weeks. More specifically, in the UK and at least two states of the USA, laws clearly state no-one can "aid" cheating in casinos. The implications are if a purchaser uses the roulette computer illegally, it may put me at undue legal risk because merely supplying the computer without appropriate purchase terms may be considered "aiding". Therefore before roulette computer distribution re-commences, a set of new roulette computer purchase agreements are being drafted. My solicitors recently begun work on these, so it should not be long before they are complete. My web site material will also be edited to clearly state the roulette computer is not for use in casinos, and this will be done simply when I have time. Irrespective of any jurisdictions where computer use is legal, my solicitors have advised me to market my roulette computer as an evaluation device only, and not for actual application in real casinos. Roulette computer distribution will not recommence until both the new agreements are completed by my solicitors, and my web site content is modified to reflect the agreements.

If a roulette computer user applies the computer illegally or even in a real casino, this would constitute a breach of the roulette computer purchase agreement although I would not be responsible for any use of my product(s) that are not permitted as per the purchase agreements. Similarly, a firearms store can sell you a gun, but it is not their responsibility if you use it to commit murder.

Stefano Hourmouzis Roulette Computer Comparison Chart

There has been much debate over differences between my (Stefano Hourmouzis) roulette computers and competing computers. Unfortunately misinformation and false negative feedback has been maliciously spread by competitors, making it difficult for interested purchasers to ascertain the truth. There is an incredible amount of garbage being posted and it has largely become incoherent noise.

To make it easier for all concerned, I will be creating a comparison chart which will highlight the differences between my (Stefano Hourmouzis) roulette computer, and others. A simple study of the feature comparison and common sense is adequate to distinguish fact from fallacy. The chart will be available on
www.roulettecomputers.com in the coming weeks.
